WHAT IS SMALL GROUP TRAINING?
On the Small Group membership, members join us every week for x2 coach-led training sessions. in addition they have 24/7 open gym access where they can create a further, third workout as programmed via the training app ‘TrueCoach’, which members use to track their progress.
We pride ourselves on maintaining a supportive and high quality coaching experience. by ensuring a maximum of 5:1 per group, we can manage mixed ability groups safely and effectively.
Community has a huge role to play in small group personal training at adapt, and our gym more broadly. peer accountability and enjoyment keep us working hard to build a solid foundation of strength and gym-based skill.
