For us, the word ‘functional’ relates to every day human tasks like carrying shopping, or hiking with friends. This class is designed to help people of all levels get fit for the purposes of expressing every day human actions.

Workouts include both individual and team efforts for THAT social DOSE.

LEARN SOME SUPER COOL SKILLS FROM SCRATCH OR POLISH UP YOUR EXISTING ONES IN THIS FUN 45-60MINUTE CLASS WITH CERTIFIED WEIGHTLIFTING COACH GEORGIE. PARTY TRICKS ASIDE, WEIGHTLIFTING IS GREAT FOR IMPROVING MOBILITY, STRENGTH, CO-ORDINATION AND CONFIDENCE! tOTAL BEGINNERS WELCOME, GRAB A BAR AND GET GOING!
