Come in and crack on with your sessions independently, catch up on anything you missed during the week or complete your optional third session. A coach will be there for support however this is not a guided session.
Open Training Sessions can be booked through via session pass. Choose the day and what time. There are some slots that are for 1 person only and others that have multiple availability.
