My purpose as a coach is to inspire and motivate others to explore their own possibilities. Running and strength training can teach us so much about our mental and physical endurance and how we cope under stress and pressure, which translates into our daily lives.
My clients work with me to help them improve their running technique and efficiency, to help them build strength and core stability to run further and longer and to give them specific individualised plans to keep them working towards creating good daily habits so that they can reach their goals and beyond.
Training with me is purely focused on your needs, whether you want coaching in running, strength or both as part of an overall fitness package. I split my time between training at Adapt Fitness in the daytime and group training through We Run Edinburgh in the evenings and weekends.
