I became a coach to inspire women to love strength training as much as I do. Its empowering, hugely beneficial to your physical and mental health and helps you move with more confidence through life. It’s exciting to learn what your body is capable of!

My current clients are beginners and those returning to lifting weights. I welcome clients who want to learn how to lift, improve their strength, move without pain and mitigate injury.

I also coach those who want to work on their physique. As I myself am currently working towards competing it bodybuilding competition, love this type of training and understand the process and mindsets it encompasses.

I strive to be welcoming, empathetic and supportive in making training a fun and sustainable part of every client’s lifestyle!
